The session of learning was full of object and it was goal oriented. Certainly it can be a great leap to be an effective listener and communicator. It is presumed by all the teachers vehemently and it was firmly accepted that it would be very much useful and a great success for not only the teachers but also the students. Conduction of Workshop

On 4th July 2017 the Program "Communication skills" was Conducted in Kendriya Vidyalaya OEF Kanpur among all the Teaching Staff. In this workshop the Master Trainers Mr. S.K. Tiwari (TGT English) and Mr. Hemant Kumar (PRT). Demonstrated the aims and objectives of communication skills. They made 9 facilitators and they invited them to form the groups.The workshop was chaired by the sensible, energetic and innovative principal of the vidyalaya. At the very outset program was initiated by the master trainers and it was commenced with the welcome note of respected Principal. soon after both master trainers expounded the objectives of it and laid emphasis to say on that "An effective communication can make an effective speaker". In this regard it was explained to create environment among the teachers and the students to develop competency and communication effectively.
